It provides surveillance, alarm, and technology services for protecting assets and people. **Responsibilities:** Access Monitoring: remotely control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers in condominiums or companies. Identification and Customer Service: respond to calls via intercom or video systems, performing careful identification according to security protocols. System Operation: operate monitoring software, CCTV systems, and remotely open gates and sluices. Incident Logging: record all movements and incidents in an information system. Crisis Management: contact authorities, supervisors, or emergency services in cases of suspicion or security equipment failures. Package Receipt: coordinate logistics for delivery of goods and correspondence with building caretakers or local responsible parties.
