Therefore, we encourage women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and people of all sexual orientations to apply for our positions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support and assistance to technicians and managers in the products and technical advisory area during tests and trials, organizing and controlling documents to ensure their execution complies with established standards and regulations; * Assist in the customer service process, whether internal and/or external, supporting programs and procedures implemented by technicians and managers in the area; * Support customer complaint incidents by tracking performed tests and preparing reports, sending\-them to the area manager to assist in decision\-making; * Prepare tests and samples according to received instructions for application in various types of analyses and tests; * Collect materials using appropriate tools and instruments, performing routine laboratory tests and trials to verify the quality of analyzed products; * Support benchmarking activity checklists and customer service, product testing, and trials by verifying each stage of the process to maintain operational routines per established standards and regulations; * Assist in laboratory analyses and tests under supervision of the immediate superior, collecting and observing material reactions to contribute to the area’s workflow; * Perform tasks supporting other laboratory assistants as well as specialists from specific departments, preparing materials, cleaning instruments and equipment, and collecting samples to ensure higher work efficiency and processing according to required standards; * Accompany commercial and technical teams during customer visits when necessary, as directed by the Products and Technical Advisory Coordinator; * Participate in internal team meetings with the immediate supervisor and other area colleagues, exchanging necessary information to maintain activity workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in related activities; * Knowledge of physical laboratory tests; * Familiarity with quality standards; * Availability to work on\-site at the Quixeré/CE unit; * Availability to work Shift C (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). **Additional Information** * Competitive market\-aligned salary; * Working hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Shift C); * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (optional), also extendable to your dependents; * Meal allowance of R$ 589.95 per month to support your daily routine; * On\-site factory cafeteria offering quality meals for your convenience and health; * Transportation route for greater commuting comfort; * Group Life Insurance, providing additional peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit\-Sharing Plan (PPR): your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * Private Pension Plan to help you build a more secure future; * Wellhub: easy access to gyms and physical and mental wellness services; * StarBem and Avus: health platforms and services; * Pharmacy partnerships and educational institution agreements for you and your family; * SESI partnership, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll\-deducted loan with favorable terms for your needs.
