Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and organization of the environment, including indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring supply and preservation of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization across various environments. 2. Collect garbage and ensure proper disposal. 3. Work in compliance with safety regulations and good practices. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for keeping the overall environment clean and organized, including: restaurant, buffet, restaurant reception, corridors, restrooms (guest and staff), outdoor areas, stage, dressing rooms, supervision rooms, and storage areas for cookware and utensils. Responsible for cleaning: ceilings, walls, floors (indoor flooring and sidewalks), toilets, restroom sinks, doors, outdoor furniture, lighting fixtures, glass surfaces, as well as refilling dispensers (paper towels, soap, and alcohol). Respond to radio calls as needed and perform routine touch-up cleaning in designated areas according to schedule during meal periods. Conduct cleaning tasks required for exceptional circumstances (as needed). Safeguard, organize, and maintain work tools and equipment. Collect garbage from all areas, place bags into trash bins, and transport filled garbage bags to designated locations. Place wet-floor warning signs during floor cleaning.
