Come see! **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and control all physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. * Ensure monitoring and control of goods to contribute to their availability according to sales made and within agreed deadlines. * Ensure that all internal and third-party employees are trained and capable of performing their activities related to handling and storage, considering universal handling rules. * Ensure registration of incoming and outgoing materials, products and equipment received and dispatched, meeting legal aspects, internal controls and guaranteeing alignment between physical and accounting information. * Identify needs and jointly develop with the immediate supervisor improvement projects aimed at applying best practices in operations according to area needs and assessments. * Ensure team motivation and adequate levels of qualification and performance through identification of training and professional development needs of your team.
