Support Technician I
We are looking for a Support Technician I to join our team at TIVIT.
Some of the activities to be performed are:
* Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and requests related to technology.
* Manage ticket queues through ITSM.
* Manage the ticket lifecycle, respecting the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
* Conduct laboratory tests for analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
* Provide service and support to end users.
* Ensure the equipment park and software are fully operational.
* Assist employees, ensuring all have their work equipment properly functional.
* Manage tickets and service queues, ensuring achievement of agreed performance indicators.
* Support other IT areas during crises, projects, changes, and technology environment testing.
* Manage equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of each device.
* Create, update, and execute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to perform tasks and ensure knowledge consistency.
* Install software and maintain hardware
Required knowledge:
* Specific knowledge (tools, languages, certifications):
* Knowledge of installation and configuration of operating systems.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows 10. Ability to perform data transfer, user backup, administrative tools, and registry operations.
* Basic understanding of Active Directory, including adding and removing devices from the domain. Basic knowledge of configuring Exchange Server and BES accounts.
* Basic networking knowledge (configuration of static and dynamic IP, basic commands such as ipconfig /release /renew).
* Office Suite (especially Outlook – creating profiles and maintaining server Exchange accounts; basic Excel knowledge – familiarity with basic formulas).
* Experience in lab environments, performing analysis, testing, and hardware diagnostics.
* Will handle incident management, requests, SLA monitoring, and end-user support.
* Desired technical certifications such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, AWS, AZURE
