Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining areas, with a focus on organization and compliance with internal regulations, using cleaning products and equipment safely. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain the organization and preservation of materials and equipment 2. Use cleaning products and equipment correctly 3. Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas (offices, restrooms, hallways, courtyards, common areas); * Properly collect and dispose of waste; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies (paper, soap, cups, etc.); * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, following safety guidelines; * Ensure the organization, preservation, and proper use of materials and equipment; * Follow routines, internal regulations, and instructions from immediate supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques; * Commitment, organization, and responsibility.
