Responsible for driving unit performance, supporting expansion initiatives, and implementing sales actions aligned with the brand identity. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise franchised units. * Conduct follow-up visits. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with operational standards. * Implement performance improvement actions. * Support sales campaigns and strategies. * Deliver training sessions for teams. * Manage relationships with franchisees. * Support the network's expansion process. * Prepare reports and action plans.
