




Job Summary: Young Apprentice focused on operational activities related to baggage receipt, handling, and dispatch, developing behavioral and operational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Development of teamwork, organization, and proactivity Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Regarding physical requirements: broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Regarding sensory requirements: visual acuity for moving baggage from the conveyor belt to transport equipment, floor navigation, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
