Sort and deliver materials and medications to inpatients across departments, performing double-checks; 2\. Conduct daily verification of materials and medications; 3\. Assemble surgical kits, when required; 4\. Ensure warehouse organization (bins cleaning) and medication dispensing; 5\. Complete documentation essential for pharmacy operations, including temperature logs, inventory accuracy worksheets, bins cleaning worksheets, and double-check forms; 5\. Assist the pharmacy team leader and coordination with inventory management activities; 6\. Prepare oral liquid medication lists, portion them, and label accordingly; 7\. Participate in monthly rotating inventories and the annual comprehensive inventory. 8\. Perform tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation, day-off, and emergency shift coverage as needed or upon request from the immediate supervisor. 9\. Use resources (equipment, PPE, materials, and facilities) responsibly, promptly reporting any issues or anomalies to the immediate supervisor and safeguarding institutional assets. 10\. Fully comply with the Institutional Integrity Code and the Institutional Service Excellence Standard. 11\.
