Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, along with humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Monitor and break down goals to the operational level, supporting managerial objectives. * Develop the annual action plan for operational levels to achieve targets. * Periodically monitor and review planning to achieve goals, following routine management standards and the action plan. * Communicate results monthly to all levels within the unit. * Ensure the operational team can relate their results to the unit's overall performance. * Guarantee that operational communications reach 100% of the operational team in a standardized manner, in accordance with the Company's Management System or the model established by the unit. * Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and available in operations in a standardized format. * Foster a creative environment through the implementation and maintenance of an innovation flow. Generated ideas must follow a management process up to the analysis stage, ensuring proper ownership and feedback. * Provide feedback to employees; * Conduct PDI (Individual Development Plan); * Monitor the number of innovations generated per Mini Business (tracking expenses versus gains from innovations). * Conduct operational training according to established schedules based on operational needs and availability – e.g., onboard crew training in compliance with Brazilian Navy and LDC regulations; * Coordinate emergency drill simulations; * Prepare and review Operational Procedures, Manuals, Best Practices, Check-lists, and AST, ensuring implementation and dissemination of developed materials; * Audit compliance with Operational Procedures; * Fulfill the annual schedule of Internal Onboard Audits (housekeeping); * Request services and materials for deck and engine departments; * Assist in controlling meal supply requests; * Assist in managing boarding roster balances; * Schedule crew vacations; * Request and follow up on ANVISA inspections on pushboats and barges; * Monitor expiration dates of onboard documents; * Supervise onboard trips; * Monitor convoy logistics at origin and destination terminals and ports, responsible for ensuring operational planning and scheduling are met within required deadlines, safely and efficiently, while maintaining communication with departments to ensure smooth process flow. * Collaborate in all external audits, visits, and inspections to ensure understanding and clarity on all operational aspects; * Conduct training and refresher courses on lifesaving and firefighting equipment usage; * Conduct 100% of the operational integrations specified in the unit's training matrix for River Fleet employees. * Ensure compliance during shift handovers performed by the operational team. * Map the operational team according to technical and behavioral skills. * Manage training forms and job function blockages. * Ensure vessel Vetting compliance. **Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in people management and team leadership. * Availability for travel. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
