Determine which patients require admission to a ward bed or are eligible for transfer to an internal or external backup bed; 29. Carry out duties with focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation, leave, or emergency staffing coverage as needed or upon request by the immediate supervisor. 30.
