At market4u, all opportunities are open to everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Role:** Analysis and strategy to lead our accounting operations. You will be the guardian of financial integrity, ensuring all processes comply with current standards (BRGAAP/IFRS) and optimizing SAP usage for automation and high-precision reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Team Management: Lead, develop, and review deliverables from the accounting team. * Monthly Closing: Coordinate the accounting closing schedule, ensuring accuracy of trial balances and financial statements. * SAP Expertise: Serve as the focal point for system enhancements, extraction of complex reports, and integration of modules (FI/CO/MM/SD). * Variance Analysis: Conduct analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts (Actual vs. Budgeted), providing insights to senior management. * Fixed Assets and Inventory: Oversee fixed asset control and inventory reconciliations within the ERP. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (Active CRC registration). * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, including at least 2 years in leadership or coordination roles. * Systems: Advanced SAP proficiency (S/4HANA or ECC).
