**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
One year of experience in the field;
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
Driver's license category B.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Responsible for PCM management, performing planning and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as well as backlog tracking, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures);
Manage ERP systems dedicated to maintenance, with proficiency in specific modules—especially SAP R/3 and SAP PM;
Prepare managerial reports, controls, and performance indicators (KPIs) using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate/advanced Excel;
Control and monitor inventory of materials designated for active equipment, ensuring organization and resource availability;
Manage service orders, organizing and prioritizing requests based on criticality, deadlines, and operational needs;
Collaborate closely between field teams and management, using assertive communication to align information and processes;
Identify failures, improvement opportunities, and propose solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and equipment reliability;
Analyze failure history, maintenance indicators, and data to contribute to reduced downtime and continuous process improvement.
