PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called upon to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/amendments, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC; and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREF. **PROOF:** Copy of Professional ID card corresponding to the Regional Council of practice. (At the time of admission, a clearance certificate issued by the council will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PROVEN IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS AND LEISURE PROGRAMS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES**.** **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, stating start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating connection to the desired position (only if CTPS registration has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying the activities performed in the services rendered, along with item "b", if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience.
