




Job Summary: Professional to support maintenance planning, organization, and scheduling, ensuring process efficiency and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with maintenance indicators and systems. * Support planning, organization, and scheduling of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, considering resources, deadlines, inventory, and procurement; * Assist in developing and updating maintenance plans, ensuring proper activity prioritization and adherence to schedules; * Monitor, collect, and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs; * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records, work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and materials; * Act as a communication facilitator among maintenance, production, and other departments, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of planned activities; * Support failure, incident, and recurring problem analysis, contributing to root cause identification and proposing process improvements; * Ensure maintenance processes and activities comply with internal standards, operational procedures, and safety requirements; * Support technical documentation control, management reports, and information required for internal and external audits. Requirements: * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in PCM routines, industrial maintenance, or maintenance planning; Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Familiarity with maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs); * Knowledge of inventory control, spare parts, and procurement processes; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), or ERPs; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and teamwork capability; * Commitment to standards, procedures, quality, and safety. * **Prior experience in the beverage or food industry will be considered a plus.** Benefits * Meal Allowance; * Commuting Allowance or Transportation Benefit; * Dental Plan; * Parking; * Totalpass; * Discount on company products
