Provide support to the department’s administrative activities; 2\. Review area documents and request signatures when necessary; 3\. Organize files and documents; 4\. Receive, deliver, collect, and transport documents, ensuring required records are maintained; 5\. Accurately complete control spreadsheets; 6\. Type texts and spreadsheets when necessary; 7\. Update information related to their area in accordance with existing controls and instructions from their immediate supervisor; 8\. Provide information about processes when required; 9\. Use resources (equipment, PPEs, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or changes to their immediate supervisor and safeguarding the institution’s assets; 10\. Fully comply with the Integrity Code and the Institution’s Service Excellence Standard; 11\. Perform other duties inherent to the position and/or as requested by their immediate supervisor, according to institutional needs; 12\.
