Record and track customer service tickets in a support system, ensuring compliance with response and resolution timeframes. 5. Guide customers on the functionalities and features of the internet services offered by the company. 6. Collaborate with the technical team in identifying recurring or complex issues, seeking efficient solutions and documenting procedures.
