Job Summary:
Professional responsible for removing, installing, and crafting vehicle upholstery, including structural repair, trim work, and finishing—focusing on restoration and hygiene.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience in removal and installation of automotive upholstery.
2. Skill in crafting and repairing leather, vinyl, and fabric upholstery.
3. Knowledge of restoring upholstery for classic cars.
* **Removal and Installation:** Remove old or damaged seats, door panels, headliners, and carpets from vehicles for repair or replacement;
* **Upholstery Crafting:** Measure, cut, and sew materials such as leather, vinyl, fabric, or alcantara to cover seats and interiors;
* **Structural Repair:** Repair or replace seat foam, springs, and metal frames to ensure ergonomics and comfort;
* **Headliner and Side Trim:** Cover the vehicle headliner (sunroof or standard) and interior door panels;
* **Finishing and Detailing:** Apply finishing touches, such as decorative stitching (topstitching), piping, and buttons for customization;
* **Classic Car Restoration:** Restore original upholstery of vintage vehicles while preserving authenticity;
* **Cleaning and Hygiene:** Complete the job by cleaning the installed materials.
**Technical Competencies**
* **Tool Handling:** Use of industrial sewing machines, pneumatic staplers, glue guns, scissors, utility knives, and disassembly tools;
* **Material Knowledge:** Identify and work with various types of fabrics and leathers;
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month
