**JOB MISSION**
Perform specialized auxiliary and administrative tasks related to library operations, focusing on information treatment, recovery, and dissemination in physical or virtual environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Handle overdue material billing, lending, returns, renewals, fines, and reservations of books, magazines, and multimedia;
* Issue clearance certificates for books requested by students;
* Register students in RM Biblios—the institution's system used for student registration when requesting book, magazine, material, and multimedia loans;
* Register new materials (RM Biblios)—the institution's system used for library collection control.
* Physical processing (stamping and labeling) of books, magazines, materials, and multimedia.
* Identify and review the order of the library collection.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Experience in the field: minimum 6 months.
* Education: completed high school.
* Specific knowledge: integration software, departmental procedures, Microsoft Office (basic).
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
Weekly working hours: 44 hours (Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM).
