The professional will be responsible for executing and supervising strategic accounting routines, working integrally with tax and corporate teams, and gaining exposure to structured transactions and large-scale clients. \- Manage and supervise accounting activities for asset holding companies, ensuring technical quality, accuracy, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations; \- Execute accounting routines and ensure technical mastery of operations; \- Lead and coordinate corporate reorganization operations (mergers, spin-offs, consolidations, and asset modifications), interpreting their accounting implications; \- Prepare and review complex financial statements and management reports; \- Develop continuous improvements in accounting processes, focusing on efficiency and risk mitigation; \- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with current legislation; \- Autonomously manage technical and commercial relationships with clients. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration; \- Solid experience with tax regimes (Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples); \- Experience preparing and filing ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTFWeb, among others); \- Proficiency in the integration between accounting and tax processes; \- Familiarity with corporate instruments (articles of incorporation, minutes, and simple restructurings); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
