Job Summary: Supervises receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch activities, ensuring organization, quality, and accuracy to meet customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise product receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch activities, ensuring area organization and cleanliness, preserving product quality and loading quantity accuracy, aiming to guarantee customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure area safety by guiding team members, drivers, and third-party personnel. * Following company-established procedures * Monitor bulk and palletized loading processes, keeping them fast and productive * Aiming to meet the loading time target. * Identify potential discrepancies in items and quantities loaded, ensuring process accuracy and taking corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure organization of the pallet repair and storage area. * Supervise internal employees and third-party personnel during the shift, evaluating attendance and task performance. * Perform duties in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of dispatch and warehousing procedures * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency * Forklift operator training * Knowledge of integrated systems **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
