HR Analyst

**ELINSA DO BRASIL** A Spanish multinational whose mission is to position itself as an international reference in the technological development of communications, industry, and engineering, offering its clients comprehensive and unequivocal solutions within the same value chain. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead Recruitment and Selection processes (profile alignment, screening, interviews, and technical assessments). * Monitor probationary periods, performance evaluations, and development initiatives. * Support organizational climate initiatives, culture-building activities, and conflict management. Execute routine HR administration tasks, including: * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract terminations; * Control and verification of labor documentation; * Benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others); * Electronic time tracking and overtime bank management. Process payroll while ensuring: * Accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions, and employer contributions; * Verification of labor-related contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial); * Strict adherence to current labor and social security legislation; * Maintenance of up-to-date HR controls, reports, and metrics, ensuring data reliability; * Monitoring of key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount; * Providing support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, internal policies, and HR procedures; * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal obligations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources; * Postgraduate degree in People Management, HR Administration, or related fields is desirable. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel); * Proven experience in HR Administration and Payroll Processing; * Experience in generalist HR functions (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, HR business partnering); * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Wellhub; * Starbem; * Amper Cuida. **Elinsa do Brasil** is a company specialized in **energy solutions**, operating efficiently, safely, and responsibly to support the operations of the **Equatorial Group**.
