




Main Activities: · Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and strategic positions. · Manage admission, termination, and contractual change documentation. · Support and execute payroll processing in coordination with the accounting department or internal system. · Administer benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance, health plans, etc.). · Monitor electronic timekeeping and overtime bank. · Monitor and apply disciplinary actions according to current legislation and internal policies. · Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and records. · Support training initiatives, new employee onboarding, and internal campaigns. · Collaborate with CIPA, PCMSO, PGR, and other occupational health and safety programs. · Prepare managerial reports and HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, etc.). · Monitor collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, and applicable labor legislation. · Support management in implementing organizational climate policies and team development initiatives. · Have knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and requirements.
