Job Summary: The Environmental Analyst will be responsible for conducting environmental inspections, diagnostics, reports, and monitoring to ensure legal compliance and foster social engagement with the community. Description: For this position, candidates must reside in Adrianópolis \- PR and meet the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences: Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Experience in the environmental field; * Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015; * Familiarity with environmental standards and legislation applicable to the State of Paraná; * Proven experience working in industries located in the State of Paraná. Our Environmental Analyst will be responsible for conducting inspections, diagnostics, reports, and environmental monitoring to ensure the company complies with legislation, as well as engaging socially with the community. In addition to: * Monthly execution of indicators specified in the Environmental Performance Index (IDA); * Monitoring and implementation of the environmental monitoring plan, including scheduling, analysis, and receipt of monitoring reports on atmospheric emissions, air quality, noise, effluents, and water; * Management of solid waste generated by factories and mines, including control of industrial solid waste and monthly closure of the waste destination balance; * Daily analysis of meteorological station data and chimney analyzer self-monitoring data (NOx, SOx, PM, THC, etc.), verifying compliance with established standards; * Analysis of mine seismography reports, ensuring parameters comply with legislative requirements; * Conducting fauna monitoring at factories and mining sites to fulfill regulatory conditions; * Drafting, requesting coordination approval for, and submitting condition-response reports to environmental agencies; * Analyzing and controlling, via proprietary systems, whether relevant legal requirements are being met; * Performing periodic inspections at factories and mines to verify equipment and machinery operation and performance, liaising with other departments to request necessary maintenance or adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of environmental control equipment; * Monitoring the routine operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE), reviewing collected data and analyzing them for possible intervention with relevant departments when necessary; * Promoting dialogues, integration initiatives, and training sessions on environmental topics and social responsibility, both internally and with the community, as required; * Planning, participating in (when necessary), and disseminating quarterly meetings of the Environmental Monitoring Committee, as required by SECIL; * Planning, participating in, and disseminating meetings of the Social Committee and others; * Maintaining historical environmental data archives for the manufacturing unit under their responsibility; * Preparing environmental reports to meet internal and external demands, such as the semiannual report for IAP; * Drafting, requesting coordination approval for, controlling, and reviewing environmental area procedures in the system; * Managing environmental licensing processes and liaising with environmental agencies when necessary; * Proposing improvement actions based on analysis and evaluation of environmental monitoring results. 2512100202181797862
