We are a hospital whose primary value is humanization. We are hiring a Gardener to join our team! We seek a dedicated, meticulous professional with knowledge in gardening and basic maintenance. * Soil Preparation: Analyze, till, fertilize, and correct soil to ensure healthy plant growth. * General Maintenance: Watering, weeding, sweeping, periodic fertilizing, and removal of dry leaves or dead branches. * Pruning and Cutting: Prune trees, shrubs, and lawns to maintain ideal shape and height. * Equipment Operation: Use and maintain tools such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, and irrigation systems. * Support Basic Maintenance: Fix faucet and trap leaks; replace and install faucets and showers (electric or gas-powered); repair or replace flush valves and tank-type toilets; perform simple unclogging of sinks, drains, and toilets; clean water tanks and gutters; paint interior walls and perform touch-ups; replace and maintain door locks and latches; perform minor repairs on wooden or ceramic flooring; remove mold from walls and furniture; install or repair electrical outlets and switches; inspect damaged wiring (minor repairs only); and replace light bulbs, fuses, and ballasts. ### **Essential Requirements** Experience in maintenance; Experience in gardening; Experience in repairs and electrical installation. ### **Employment Type** CLT ### **PwD Inclusion** Both ### **Benefits** * Comprehensive Health Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Attendance Bonus * Uniform * Employees' Association * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance * Early Childhood Education Center ### **Work Location** SANTA CASA ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
