Job Summary: Operate the Hillo control panel for raw material unloading, adhering to safety regulations and operational procedures, while performing inspections and supporting maintenance. Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the Hillo tipper following safety regulations and operational procedures, ensuring proper cable and hook engagement, and monitoring the entire tipping cycle safely. * Perform daily equipment inspections and checklists, including steel cables, pulleys, brakes, hooks, and structural components; record anomalies and report them to maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operational area, ensuring adequate and safe space for truck movement. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, collaborating on technical interventions and post-repair testing. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, signage, lockout procedures, and all other operational practices to ensure operational integrity. * Support the operational flow of sugarcane reception by guiding drivers to correct positioning and contributing to continuous industrial supply. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience operating Hillo systems is desirable; * Driver's license category B; * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** -------------- * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Meals provided at the company cafeteria; * Employee association; * Housing units under loan agreement (available at select locations); * Incentive program; * Meal allowance.
