Will serve as a bridge between CEOs and teams, facilitating communication, supporting strategic decisions, leading analyses and projects. * Act as the focal point between brand CEOs and internal departments (marketing, tech, finance, and commercial). * Produce analyses (financial, operational, and strategic) from a multidisciplinary perspective. * Identify risks, opportunities, and alternative solutions to departmental challenges. * Participate in the creation and review of each brand’s strategies. * Assist in defining goals, KPIs, and action plans. * Monitor progress and ensure alignment of all departments with executive priorities. * Serve as the “connector” among teams, accelerating decision-making. Requirements: * Experience in project leadership, PMO, consulting, planning, or strategic functions. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience across multiple business areas (finance, commercial, marketing, tech, operations). * Strong analytical and consulting capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and clarity.
