Develop performance indicators to reduce costs and risks Supervise silviculture operations (Planting and Forest Maintenance) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for the consistency and relevance of consolidated information in the Measurement Bulletin \- MB * Supervise field teams * Responsible for controlling silviculture activities and monitoring results, supervising teams to ensure correct task execution, aiming to comply with legal requirements, safety procedures, and other internal company standards. * Supervise operational silviculture activities—both in-house and outsourced—for eucalyptus, covering: planning, quality assurance, site preparation, ant control, slashing, herbicide application, subsoiling, base fertilization, planting, irrigation, and other pre- and post-planting cultural practices. * Guide, monitor, and conduct surveys and evaluations to ensure planting and forest maintenance quality according to established standards, as specified in work instructions; * Plan activities, implement them, and prepare service orders in the SGF system (Inflor); * Prepare reports containing planning, production, input consumption, and other relevant data; * Conduct meetings with teams and service providers to discuss planning progress. * Develop performance indicators related to silviculture process efficiency, focusing on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and safety risk mitigation. * Comply with all occupational health and safety norms, guidelines, instructions, and/or procedures, and correctly use PPE provided by the company. * Adhere to company policies, rules, code of conduct, and all applicable internal procedures (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures within the area of responsibility), and participate in internal and/or external training sessions requested by the company. * Perform other duties related and inherent to the position. * Pursue continuous improvement of the processes involved in the role. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering or Technical Degree in Agriculture/Forestry Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B Willingness to travel * Meal allowance: R$ 867.00 * Health insurance with co-payment * Company car * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Pharmacy benefit program * Car * Gympass (Wellhub) * Dental insurance
