Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (PHP, React)

At Elite Formações, an education company growing with a focus on technology and data, you will work on digital products that impact thousands of students. We seek a mid-level, hands-on developer who embraces ownership and best practices. * Implement CRUD endpoints and business logic in PHP. * Define and validate API contracts, standardize responses and errors. * Apply input validation, exception handling, and pagination. * Investigate and fix bugs using logs and root-cause analysis. * Write MySQL queries (SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE, joins, simple aggregations). * Implement adjustments and features in React (Web) and minor adjustments in Flutter (Mobile). * Adjust simple automation workflows in n8n/Make and ensure evidence in staging/production. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with PHP and programming logic. * REST APIs (validation, status codes, standardized error handling). * MySQL (basic modeling, joins, simple indexes, query best practices). * Git (branching, PRs, code reviews, commit conventions). * React for maintenance and small-to-medium features. * Basic knowledge of Docker/containers (starting services, viewing logs, rebuilding). * Experience with n8n/Make for simple automations. * Best practices: readability, modularity, error handling, and basic security. * Ownership, organization, clear communication, and results orientation. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with Laravel. * Flutter maintenance experience. * Basic observability (useful logs, simple correlation). * Experience with performance optimization (N\+1, payload size, pagination, indexes). * Continuous learning mindset and technical curiosity.
