Responsibilities and Duties We seek dissatisfied talents with critical thinking skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. During the program, interns will gain hands-on experience related to their field of study, as well as opportunities to collaborate directly with other departments within Ginseng Group—thereby fostering a more strategic, holistic understanding of the company. From corporate finance, procurement/logistics, people & culture, to sales, candidates will immerse themselves in the Ginseng Group universe and experience a broad spectrum of what the company offers, with the primary objective of developing projects that add value to these departments and to the business overall. Additionally, a dedicated training schedule—including integration activities and project-development initiatives—will be implemented. Integra participants will receive guidance and support from experienced industry professionals who will assist in project development, supervise assigned tasks, and monitor each participant’s professional trajectory.
