Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized Architecture and Urban Planning student to support project development and the operational routine between the office and stores. You will support both project development and the operational routine of maintenance and licensing across our store network.** **️ Responsibilities and Duties** * Site Surveys: Conduct on-site measurements and architectural surveys. * Projects and Presentations: Prepare floor plans in AutoCAD and modeling/perspectives in SketchUp for internal presentations. * Assist in supervising and monitoring store maintenance requests. * Track deadlines and organize the renewal workflow for licenses, permits, and authorizations. * Update control spreadsheets and schedules. **Required Knowledge for the Internship:** **Technical Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an Architecture and Urban Planning undergraduate program (preferably from the 5th semester onward). * Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp. * Excel knowledge for data organization and scheduling. * Familiarity with rendering tools (V\-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion) is desirable and considered a plus. **Join our team!** **Apply now and take the first step toward your professional future!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree * Commuter Allowance * Life Insurance
