Reporting results to stakeholders Full Time Campo AlegreBrazil Kariny Leao HR Manager PROJECT COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY \- CAMPO ALEGRE ### **What you'll do** **Your responsibilities.** * Lead projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion; * Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers/vendors; * Organize scheduled reviews; * Ensure projects/programs are documented and reviewed per the company’s development processes or as requested by external clients; * Develop and maintain detailed program plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring objectives are met and all deliverables are fulfilled according to agreed requirements; * Report results to the steering group, internal and external clients; * Adhere to the company’s established standards for quality, health, safety, environment, and energy efficiency. ### **What we offer** **Our benefits.** * Dental plan; * Attendance bonus \- Sodexo meal voucher; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Pharmacy partnership; * Health insurance; * Transportation; * Subsidized on-site meals with company cafeteria. ### **What we are looking for** **Your profile.** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate qualification in project management is a plus; * Experience in the electrical harness segment and with teams directly interfacing with clients; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory; * Regional work scope; * Knowledge of WISE; * Availability to work during standard business hours.
