Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users, resolving software and hardware-related issues; * Perform Level 1 support, handling service tickets and resolving requests within established deadlines; * Diagnose and resolve network, printer, and other device issues; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Configure and install software and applications when necessary. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology-related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems; * Experience in technical support and Level 1 support; * Skills in computer, printer, and network maintenance; * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Full availability for travel; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B.
