Support the execution of the marketing plan and interface with agencies We are assisting a civil construction developer in searching for a **Junior Marketing Analyst**. **JOB MISSION:** We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the product, marketing, and point-of-sale (PDV) teams, assisting in structuring real estate developments, with a focus on marketing materials, points of sale (PDV), and product development support, including departmental documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the development and organization of real estate products (floor plans, descriptive memoranda, presentations, and technical materials). * Assist in benchmarking analyses and market positioning. * Support the execution of the marketing plan, interface with agencies and suppliers. * Assist in marketing budget control and organization of launch events and commercial activities. * Support the implementation and operation of sales stands (PDV). * Manage sales desk supplies, PDV materials, and operational requests. * Monitor and coordinate maintenance of sales stands, decorated areas, and customer service zones. * Interface with commercial teams, real estate agents, and partner brokerage firms. * Prepare commercial reports, presentations, and administrative and financial controls. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in the real estate market. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields). * Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and interest in the real estate market. * Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. **JOB DETAILS:** * Permanent employment (CLT) * Salary: BRL 3,500.00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher (BRL 30.00/day), health insurance (50% covered – SulAmérica network). * Location: Paraíso, SP Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
