Opportunity in a fast-growing environment We are seeking a professional to join our Technology team, responsible for supporting the internal environment, managing IT assets, and driving continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance and repairs on notebooks (hardware and software); * Manage IT assets (equipment tracking and accountability); * Ensure basic infrastructure functionality (Wi\-Fi, internet, routers, and cabling); * Manage access to tools and systems (creation, review, and revocation of access); * Support and enhance automation of access management and operational routines; * Administer security tools, such as antivirus software; * Ensure employees have required software installed and functioning; * Document processes and organize departmental routines; * Provide remote support to employees. **Requirements** * Experience in infrastructure, technical support, or related areas (minimum 3 years); * Knowledge of computer maintenance (assembly, disassembly, and upgrades, e.g., RAM); * Experience managing user access and accounts; * Experience with networking (routers, cabling, connectivity); * Organizational skills and ability to document processes; * Experience with automation tools (*no-code/low-code*), such as N8N; * Strong communication skills and empathy for internal support; * Proactive mindset with ability to identify and propose improvements. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience automating processes and reducing manual tasks; * Knowledge of WordPress; * Experience in fast-growing environments.
