HR Assistant/Analyst - Barra do Quaraí

Job Summary: Responsible for HR management processes, personnel department operations, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service), HR control, training delivery, and internal and external client support. Delivery of training programs and support to employees and clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute HR management processes: Recruitment & Selection (R\&S), Training & Development (T\&D), and internal marketing. * Personnel department: Onboarding processes, timekeeping control, receipt of documentation for updating employee records, supporting management in scheduling work shifts, vacations, and team realignments. * Conduct termination homologations. * SESMT: Uniform and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requests and DSS (Safety Data Sheets) implementation; manage CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) meetings; provide employee support and clarify inquiries. * Maintain HR control systems; analyze HR performance indicators and propose improvement actions; propose, plan, and execute talent attraction and retention initiatives. * Deliver training programs to company employees according to the competency matrix defined by Central HR. * Provide excellent service to internal and external clients by delivering accurate information; assist with general departmental requests. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in the field. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. **POSITION AVAILABLE FOR BARRA DO QUARAÍ CITY**
