Therefore, we have a dedicated team responsible exclusively for coordinating, contracting, and supervising outsourced services. This team ensures that outsourced crews adhere to Unifique’s quality standards during network construction. **All positions listed herein—including this one—are open to people with disabilities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect construction projects, installations, and maintenance performed by outsourced contractors and by company employees; * Conduct supervision through service orders; verify with customers whether they were adequately served and whether any issues occurred during installation; * Check site cleanliness, internal and external workmanship, and the service delivery box; * Apply expertise in fiber-optic networks, splicing in splice closures, logical reasoning, strong communication skills, organization, and accountability when guiding outsourced teams; * Prepare supervision reports, indicating to the network deployment department whether the network project is ready for approval; * Verbally notify and formally record contractors in cases of deficiencies related to quality, conduct, or failure to use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Map outsourced teams’ efficiency index; * Close material dispatch records and validate activities carried out by outsourced personnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of fiber-optic networks and splicing in splice closures; Ability to perform work at heights; Teamwork orientation; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in task execution and courteous interaction with customers; Sense of urgency and innovation; **Requirements:** Completed high school education.
