Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing management reports, monitoring logistics operations, ensuring the flow of goods, and managing continuous improvement processes. Focus on continuous improvement and anomaly resolution Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been providing energy to serve the market with innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepares management reports based on analyses and monitoring of performance indicators to support the area manager’s actions, thereby ensuring smooth logistics operations**.** * Guides and ensures proper handling of goods receipt, warehousing, inventory execution, billing, order picking, shipping, and transportation through inspections conducted using checklists for these activities. * Monitors the return of non-functional batteries (BIN) across two supply chain segments: Reseller x Distributor via the collection scheduling system, and Distributor x Metallurgical Plant via a monthly report sent by the factory. * Develops and revises action plans and procedures, performs anomaly resolution, and enters tasks into Corporate Management, based on monitoring area results, thus ensuring effective use of SMG. * Monitors delivery and pickup routes and ensures real-time updates for the team responsible for route planning, using information extracted from the route planning system. * Prepares budgets for preventive and corrective fleet maintenance and purchases various items, as stipulated in the budget, aiming for lower costs and consequently reduced financial impact on the logistics area. * Conducts fleet and machinery inspections using the standard checklist to preserve assets and reduce logistics expenses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role is desirable * Experience with route planning systems is desirable * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Driver’s license category B is desirable **Additional Information** Moura companies continuously seek new talents to join their teams.
