




Description: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for actively identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating qualified leads for the sales team. The BDR’s prospecting targets potential customers who have never engaged with Hyperflow. The focus is on expanding the customer base, managing the sales pipeline, and employing effective prospecting strategies to nurture relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities and duties * Mapping profiles and target audiences aligned with our business. * Conducting active prospecting of new customers via cold lists, cold calls, and emails, identifying key business opportunities. * Managing the sales pipeline—from lead discovery through handoff to the sales team—ensuring all contacts are properly tracked and qualified. * Maintaining detailed and organized records of interactions with leads using CRM tools and prospecting platforms. * Building relationships: initiating and nurturing relationships with leads to prepare them for outreach by sales representatives. * Collaborating closely with the sales team (SDRs and Sales Reps), ensuring qualified leads are delivered clearly and in a structured manner. * Designing outcome-oriented initiatives to accelerate the sales flow. * Leveraging automation tools and prospecting lists to optimize lead generation and achieve established targets.
