Be a \#TechloverCloud **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather technical and financial requirements jointly with the sales team and customers * Design technically feasible solutions and define optimal scenarios to be proposed * Define scope of services (SoW) and SLA * Assess and optimize costs, perform pricing, and prepare technical-commercial proposals * Present solution defense, emphasizing differentiators and value proposition * Monitor and control project progress during the pre-sales phase * Support the sales team in customer meetings (in person or virtually) * Monitor implementation of sold projects, ensuring alignment with the designed solution * Build IT & CLOUD solutions aligned with our customers’ technical and financial requirements, using a consultative approach aligned with commercial strategy * Participate in bidding processes by preparing responses to tender documents, ensuring technical and commercial compliance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in pre-sales and/or solution architecture involving Azure Cloud and Microsoft LSP licensing * Experience with public sector clients and responding to bidding processes * Familiarity with Microsoft licensing management platforms and systems (Microsoft Partner Center, VLSC, and similar) * Familiarity with cloud products and solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform * Solid experience applying and interpreting Microsoft licensing models, including **Enterprise Agreement (EA/EAS/SCE/EES)**, **MPSA, CSP**, and other corporate agreements * Knowledge of best practices for adopting Microsoft solutions, such as Office 365, Azure, and other portfolio products * Client-facing profile, leveraging technical background to become a trusted technical reference for influencers/decision-makers * Structured reasoning and communication, balancing technical, functional, financial, and commercial requirements * Knowledge of traditional and cloud environment architectures * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields * Intermediate English and Spanish (desirable) * Certifications (desirable): Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security) **Additional Information** At Telefónica Tech, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees!
