




Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist HR professional who is detail-oriented and proactive, to support employees, handle recruitment and selection (R&S), manage electronic timekeeping, and oversee occupational health and safety. We seek a professional with generalist HR experience, primarily responsible for employee support, execution of R\&S processes, maintenance of electronic timekeeping systems, control of working hour banks, and monitoring occupational health and safety procedures (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc.). #### **Main responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection processes; * Registration of newly hired employees in the RM system; * Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees; * Managing probation period forms; * Processing and finalizing electronic and manual time records; * Submitting payroll, vacation, and benefits data to the centralized team; * Calculating and verifying sales commissions; * Monitoring departmental KPIs; * Employee support; * Scheduling and coordinating periodic medical examinations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with the RM Labore (Totvs) system is preferred; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. #### **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance; Mobility allowance; Psychological support; Life insurance; Total Pass (upon enrollment); EBD Store; Via Marconi health plan; EBD University (online courses).
