Espec Segment II Country: Brazil **If you aspire to grow, continuously learn, and are passionate about working with people, this could be your place.** **We have opportunities for you to become a Business Banking Specialist II** **Here, your role will be to act as a Data Analytics Specialist in our Growth Monetization Tribe’s Squad**, where you will: • Be responsible for creating dashboards and monitoring product onboarding funnels; • Monitor the performance of the squad’s product onboarding funnels, analyzing data and customer behavior throughout the journey to understand pain points and needs; • Conduct opportunity analyses related to the squad’s products and their usability across digital channels; • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented initiatives; • Monitor journey performance and interface with partner areas to resolve issues. • Act by understanding pain points, performing analyses, and delivering insights to the squad—leveraging data beyond the funnel (e.g., off-funnel data such as customer databases, production metrics, etc.), understanding customer behavior, and mapping opportunities; • Update and report on the squad’s OKRs. **For this role, we value:** • Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. • Experience working with e-commerce and digital channels. • Knowledge of legal entities (PJ). • Ability to generate business insights from conducted analyses. • Proficiency in SQL/SAS/Oracle, big data, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
