PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Avenida Princesa Isabel Jardim Floresta \| Boa Vista RR \- 69312001 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses, as well as authorization to operate heavy vehicles; facilitates students’ learning process during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (within validity period). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (minimum one year in the category). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the valid CNH. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, as well as a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** Experience delivering lectures.
