**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Operate industrial bioreactor systems.
* Monitor all stages of bioreactor production to ensure process quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Verify and weigh raw materials, and prepare solutions and culture media for bioreactors.
* Formulate, stabilize active ingredients, and fill products.
* Perform CIP and SIP procedures on bioreactors and production lines.
* Conduct process control analyses, critically analyzing results to support decision-making.
* Produce strain working banks, strain activation, and inoculum for bioreactors.
* Record production data in the SAP system.
* Participate in troubleshooting during deviations, providing process data and contributing to action plans.
* Request and coordinate with the Maintenance department when corrective shutdowns are required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Completed technical training or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Bioprocesses, Biotechnology, Biosystems, Chemistry, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP);
* Basic knowledge of the SAP system;
* Availability to work on the Marshall Shift – day shift (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
* Experience in industrial bioreactor fermentation processes is desirable;
* Experience in microbiological analyses is desirable.
