Here, each project is a new challenge and a genuine chance for development. **Responsibilities** Guide and supervise internal and subcontracted teams on the construction site; Assist in site organization, site demarcation, construction, and finishing; Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) according to safety regulations; Monitor and report service progress to superiors; Validate deliverables, ensuring compliance with company quality standards; Review and discuss project plans with the Site Supervisor or Engineer; Plan and request materials and equipment from the warehouse; Control production and ensure adherence to deadlines; Monitor measurements for subcontracted contracts; Support the engineer in developing action plans and schedules; Act as on-site leadership, guiding and developing the team; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, procedures, and requirements. Boa Vista \- Roraima Monday to Friday, during business hours, with a 1h30 lunch break, totaling 44 weekly working hours \+ overtime **Requirements** Completed high school education; Minimum 6 months of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role; **Preferred Qualification** Experience with the Concrete Wall construction system.
