For us, it is the primary tool for creating digital experiences. * Clear and concise communication to present and defend your design decisions—grounded in logic and best practices. * A critical eye and attention to detail—the very traits that separate good design from memorable design. **Nice-to-Haves (Differentiators):** * A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems with elegant and functional design solutions. Basic knowledge of UX Writing to craft clear and effective interface copy. * Experience conducting usability research and testing. * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
