Register orders in the internal system, ensuring proper formalization of sales. Monitor the entire sales process until product/service delivery. Achieve individual and collective sales targets. Perform follow-up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty. Update customer records and maintain contact history in the system. Collaborate with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction. **Required Competencies and Qualifications:** Completed high school education.
