You’ll be responsible for: * Performing fiber optic installation activities both indoors and outdoors; * Organizing and reconfiguring fiber cables, ensuring orderly arrangement of spaces where fiber optic cables will be installed, and cleaning and tidying up work areas after completion; * Performing fiber optic splicing and/or connector fabrication, and installing communication equipment (ONT/ONU); * Conducting system validation tests and troubleshooting fiber optic faults when detected; * Documenting each service stage and execution per the defined checklist; * Collaborating in identifying customer problems and needs, as well as proposing solution alternatives; * Providing basic technical information to customers—such as general usage guidelines, safety measures, maintenance, and service/product optimization tips; * Organizing and maintaining cleanliness and proper condition of tools used; * Delivering clear, concise, and objective customer service... **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturday shifts and one weekday off according to rotating schedule. Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, alternating weekends. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license category B; * Experience with fiber optic measurement equipment (e.g., OTDR, power meter, optical pen) and fusion splicers, plus ability to interpret fiber optic test results; * Basic computer literacy. * We champion diversity!
