Strategy, Future Vision, and Roadmap * Proactively map global trends, gaps, and emerging technologies with potential for immediate or future application at Globalsat. * Serve as the primary contributor and evangelist for the medium- and long-term Technology Roadmap. * Lead assessments of technology maturity (TRL), technical feasibility, and applicability of new solutions, ensuring strategic focus. 2. Technical Leadership and Development Management * Develop and refine detailed technical scopes (SOW), ensuring clarity and precision for development contracting. * Lead the technical execution of suppliers, consulting firms, and startups, acting as the internal knowledge focal point. * Lead and actively participate in testing, validation, homologation, and trials, ensuring technical quality and objective achievement. 3. Open Innovation and Ecosystems * Represent and consolidate Globalsat’s presence in relevant innovation hubs and ecosystems. * Conduct technological scouting, selecting startups, technologies, and partners with high synergy and value potential for the portfolio. * Act as the Technical Bridge between Globalsat and specialized R&D laboratories/centers to enable collaborative projects. 4.
