Description:
* A bachelor's degree is a plus;
* Analytical and systematic thinking for decision-making;
* Flexibility in working hours;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Knowledge of customer service processes;
* Leadership and people management capabilities.
Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing job duties, locomotion and ambulation throughout the entire airport premises, and operation of internal transport vehicles within the airport apron.
Sensory requirements include visual acuity for driving company vehicles (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB), supporting the team, and monitoring operational activities, as well as auditory perception for telephone and colleague interactions and for detecting emergency sound signals in operational areas.
Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations.
* Lead the team of equipment operators and baggage and ramp agents, promoting the group’s professional development (succession planning); coordinate activities and processes related to aircraft ground handling (arrival and departure); collaborate with other operational departments to ensure flight punctuality, quality, and safety in accordance with standards and procedures published in the MGO; perform visual inspections of aircraft fuselages during arrivals and departures (walkaround);
* Collect, compile, and proactively share operational data and information with team members; define and assign responsibilities to the workgroup in a planned manner; analyze operations on-site; establish objectives based on demand and activity prioritization;
* Analyze identified irregularities or risk situations, implementing corrective and preventive actions through operational briefings and reporting to other involved departments;
* Identify and report opportunities for improvement in ramp processes—both micro- and macro-level; conduct operational and behavioral briefings; organize meetings; provide feedback;
* Coordinate all activities related to ramp equipment movement during baggage and cargo unloading and loading of aircraft; guide staff during operations regarding activity logistics, analysis of incidents, and respond to potential occurrences to prevent operational disruptions and maintain service quality.
